We had a great time making our Indian Villages.

I think the most fun was the Pueblo Village made with home-made playdough.

The sugar cube and icing to make the igloo was tasty!

Dorothy Ardill: Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria; My husband is a General Surgeon working at a mission hospital in Jos called Evangel Hospital. I teach 3rd grade at Hillcrest School where my 4 children also attend. David is our youngest and is in my class this year. This is my second year teaching after many years of other interesting endeavors. My first degree in a B.S. in Medical Technology. I worked for several years in Chicago and Liberia as a med tech. When the kids started coming, I started a ministry to street children in Jos that is called Gidan Bege (City Ministries). For 4 years I worked in HIV/AIDS ministry and wrote a home-based care manual for lay people in the church. In 2006 I went back to school and attended Asuza Pacific University, San Diego campus and am certified to teach K-8 and K-12 Biology (Multi-subject) I am just a few credits away from my second masters degree. UPDATE: Marie is in her second year at Azusa Pacific University. Heather and Anna are Juniors at Hillcrest and David is in 5th grade. I finished my Masters in Education. We were state-side for 2009-2010 school year.
